When I was looking for a property to rent in Dubai, Next Level Real Estate was able to help me find a place that suited my needs. They were professional and efficient throughout the entire process. With their help, I was able to find a home that was perfect for me and my family.

Very professional and honest advisors to deal with. If you are looking for an honest, reliable and very talented person to help you with your property  concept, look no further.

I have three commercial properties that I rented out a few months back, but it was getting hard for me to collect the cash, be updated about everything going on with the properties, and manage each one’s issue at the same moment. So, I decided to hire Next Level property maintenance Dubai for one of my properties. They managed and maintained it very well, and it inspired me a lot. I decided to hand over my other two commercial properties to the real estate agency. Now I am stress-free, and they are maintaining my property with care. That was all that I needed.

As we were looking for an apartment to rent in Business Bay Dubai, we came across Next Level Real Estate. But, we were really fortunate to have Miss Zunaira as our property’s agent. There are no words to explain how grateful we are to Miss Zunaira for being so gracious and responsive to all of our property-related inquiries. Constantly accessible and contactable. I like the timeliness and extensive updates at each level of the process, including images, videos, and so on. She was quite helpful to us, accompanying us at all times to complete the requirements. She went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. She is without a doubt one of the best.Without a doubt, she is one of the best for real estate services in Dubai.

The people were wonderful and we all felt like family. One of the best companies I’ve ever had the privilege of being a part of. Everyone is so helpful when you had questions and the training was by far the best.

We were referred to Next Level Properties by a mutual friend. We weren’t sure what to expect, but we were in dire need of help as we were about to begin a long distance real estate transaction and this was our first time buying a home. They were very professional and helped us through our first real estate transaction very smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The property manager assigned to my property has been fantastic. Next level customer service are always available to answer any questions I have and have made the process of managing my rental property incredibly easy.

Great experience purchasing Dubai off plan properties. Being a first-time buyer in the UAE, Next Level Real Estate was very attentive in explaining the procedures and laws. I was quite fortunate; else, I would not have made the transaction. Next Level Real Estate answered all of my questions and was there for me every step of the way, as was their trusted Solicitor, with whom I am still in communication. I know where to go in Dubai for future investments.

The Dubai Market is one of the finest real estate providing and all sales and leasing options in the world.

I have been working with Next Level for many years. They are great at what they do and always make sure that you get what you need. I’ve used them to look for properties in various locations, and I can’t say enough good things about them!
