Tadalista Super Active, containing tadalafil, is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Tadalafil has been extensively studied for its long-term safety and efficacy. Clinical trials have shown that Tadalista Super Active, taken at doses of 5, 10, or 20 mg, is well-tolerated over extended periods, with common side effects including headache, dyspepsia, nasopharyngitis, and back pain. Serious adverse events were rare, and there were no clinically significant changes in laboratory tests, electrocardiograms, or vital signs attributable to the drug.A meta-analysis comparing daily versus on-demand tadalafil dosing found that daily administration offers better long-term efficacy with a lower incidence of treatment-emergent side effects. Additionally, a post-marketing surveillance study in Japan involving patients aged 75 years and older reported no new safety risks, indicating that tadalafil is safe for long-term use in older populations.
